The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Russell Top 200 Value index. The fund generally invests at least 90% of assets in securities of the index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the index. The underlying index is a subset of the Russell Top 200^® index, which measures the performance of the largest capitalization sector of the U.S. equity market. It may invest the remainder of the assets in securities not included in the index.The fund is nondiversified.
