The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the FaithShares Catholic Values Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities that comprise the CV index. The index is designed to measure the performance of U.S. large capitalization companies that are in accordance with U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Socially Responsible Investment Guidelines. The fund can invest up to 20% of assets in cash and cash equivalents. It is non diversified.
